Why should I book a Consultation?
Are you looking for a more personal service? Would you prefer to discuss your order on a face-to-face basis? Quite often meeting in person can save time… and a lot of emails!
If you are considering ordering a bespoke design then a consultation will give us chance to discuss all of your options and ideas in person .. a bit like a brainstorming session. Consultations are charged at £25 which will be fully refunded upon confirmation of your order.
Other Benefits of booking a Consultation.
Colour matching is so much easier when you can pick the colours yourselves, but most importantly consultations really help make the ordering process stress-free and enjoyable.
Consultations usually take about an hour. In that time we will guide you carefully through the ordering process including everything from choosing the right style, colours and embellishments through to helping you with the wording, font style and finishing touches of your design.

Here are some of the common questions we get asked before booking a consultation, so hopefully this will help you determine whether booking a consultation will be beneficial for you.
Will you travel to me?
Due to the amount of samples, swatches and materials involved we ask that you travel to us. Our head office is based in Hazel Grove, Stockport, Cheshire (near Manchester) and we also have a design consultant based in Shrewsbury, Shropshire. If you don’t live near either of our consultants then feel free to call us and we can discuss things over the phone instead.
What if I don't live near a Consultant?
We offer our personalised service delivering high quality wedding stationery to customers all across the UK via post and email. Please get in touch to discuss your requirements.
Is there a Cost?
Yes – you will be asked to pay a £25.00 fee upon booking your consultation. This cost will be fully refunded against your order. So, assuming you go ahead with an order, your consultation will then be free.
What should I bring with me?
If you have any colour swatches, ideas, magazine clippings, pinterest boards or other useful prompting aids that you wish to bring then feel free to do so. However, if you don’t have any of these things then don’t worry, that’s why we’re here to help.
Am I committed to purchase?
At the end of the consultation our objective is to have a clear definition of the invitation and day stationery styling, materials, colours and wording. The plan is usually to get to the point where you know what you want and we will be able to create a sample for you which will be posted out. There is no obligation to place an order, however, your consultation fee will not be refunded unless you do go ahead.
