We offer one FREE personalised sample per couple. Further samples will be charged at £5 each (sample requests outside of the UK will incur a £5 charge).
Ordering a free wedding invitation sample is easy. Browse our extensive design galleries, choose your favourite design and click the ‘request a sample’ button. Once we receive your sample request we will make your sample and pop it in the post.
We always try our best to personalise your sample as much as possible. To save costs we may use materials that we have in stock so your initial sample may need tweaking. Your sample is just a 'starting point' for the ordering process. All colours, wording, fonts and theming can be updated and adjusted to suit your theme and colours.
Our standard prices include upto 3 wording proof / design changes.

Every wedding and every order we receive is different so our price guide is just to give you an idea of where we stand with our prices. Ordering your wedding invitations is really exciting .. it all starts to get very real at this stage! We have many years of experience working with couples and always try our best to keep the process as stress-free and enjoyable as possible for our couples.
** You only need 1 invitation per couple, family or household - NOT 1 per guest **
We recommend ordering a free personalised sample before confirming your order. Upon receipt of your wedding invitation sample let us know what changes you'd like to make and how many you'd like to order. Then will prepare all of the paperwork for you. To secure your order we will request a deposit and we will finalise your wording proofs prior to printing and making them up for you. Upto 3 wording proof / design changes are included in our standard prices.
Your balance payment will be due on completion and prior to shipping. Contact us if you have any specific questions you'd like to ask prior to placing an order.
Budgeting
When you are working out your wedding stationery budget it's always worth working out your exact quantities. Don't forget for your Save the Dates and Invitations you DON'T NEED 1 PER GUEST. You only need 1 item per household / family / couple. There may be some single people on your guest list so it usually works out to just over half of your numbers.
If you are inviting 50 day guests you may only need 30 invitations.
If you are inviting 100 day guests you may only need 55 invitations.
With that in mind we would recommend ordering a couple of extras as spares. You never know who you might have forgotten to invite and you might like to save one as a keepsake. We suggest that you write out your guest list before ordering your invitations. We don't sell our invitations in 'pack sizes' so you are free to order exactly how many you need.
For day stationery items, quantities come down to the requirements on your day. For example, you may want individual menu cards for each guest or just one menu per table. We are happy to discuss your exact requirements nearer the time and once you've received all of your RSVP's back.
Traditional wedding etiquette is that the bride's parents host the wedding and invite guests to the marriage of their daughter. More recent trends have seen a shift away from this and onto the couples hosting their own wedding and sometimes together with their parents and families. We have compiled a lot of options and variations over the years. Upon receipt of your deposit payment we will be able to advise you on this and finalise your wording prior to printing.

We offer free personalisation of any of our existing wedding stationery designs on the website. This includes changing the font style for you. So, if you find a design you really like but don't quite love the font let us know - we are happy to change it for you. We have a wide selection of fonts available to choose from. Alternatively, feel free to let us know the name of the font or send us the font file that you'd like to use. Please be aware of any user licences.

Cheque book invitations are a book style invitation with detachable cards. You have one invitation insert and one rsvp card, with return address. For those of you with a lot of additional information to give to your guests, chequebook invitations are perfect! Firstly, they are neat in design. They have space for extra pages to add all of your guest information as required. There is a maximum of 4 inserts; we can however add reverse printing if needed. Extra cards can contain any other information you wish; accommodation information, gift list details, menu options. Our Cheque book style wedding invitations feature ribbons, lace or bows; each laid flat down the left side of the cover. We have many styles available with printed designs or modern foiled lettering on the cover.
Secondly, Chequebooks, along with our concertina designs are a more cost effective invitation, compared to the larger pocketfold designs. They are much lighter, so will save on individual postage costs too!
