Flat Wedding Invitation Designs are still a very popular choice with our couples.  They are super versatile and can be made in many different shapes and sizes.  The only limitation you have is envelope sizes, but we can help advise on this.

Key Components of Flat Invitations

Our Flat Wedding Invitations are printed onto high quality matt or pearlised card.  You can simply order your invitations as simple cards.  Alternatively, you can ask us to add extra layers of card, ribbon and other embellishments if you wish.

Layering

Adding layers of card can help add weight and a quality feel to your invitations.  The extra layers can also help you to incorporate a colour scheme. You can ask us to use any colour combination and have as many layers as you like.  We stagger the size of each layer of card that creates a border effect.

Heavy-Weight Cardstock

If you want a weighty-feel to your invitations without the layered effect then speak to us about heavy-weight card options.  

Letterpress & Embossing

If you choose a thick cardstock, then you will most likely need us to help you with specialist printing options.  Our in-house laser printer can handle stock upto 300gsm but heavier cards require specialist arrangements.

We are happy to arrange letterpress, embossing, de-bossing and hot-foiling for you.

Adding Guest Information

If you would like to include guest information with your flat wedding invitations, then you have a few options:

• Print onto the back of your invitation
• Print onto a separate card and fix it to the back of your invitation
• Add some loose cards and tie together with ribbon or twine
• Add some loose cards and pop your everything inside a vellum jacket
• Add a pocket onto the back and pop some loose inserts inside

You can include a self-addressed RSVP postcard, Accommodation details, Menu options, local Taxi details, Gift wording and Dress-Codes etc.

Further Personalisation

All of our flat wedding invitations can easily be personalised to match your wedding theme.  All card, colours, wording, fonts and images are fully personalised for you.

Other embellishments such as ribbon, lace, bows, glitter, diamantes, pearls or buckles are also available.  We can also organise white-ink printing for you if you choose a dark coloured card.

As with all our invitations, we can customise any of our designs to suit your wedding theme and colour scheme.
