Save the Date & Wedding Invitation Pricing

All of our wedding invitations are handmade and professionally printed to order.  Our price guide is just to give you an idea of where we stand with our prices.  If you have any specific requests or would like some more information please contact us.

As a guideline, our prices range from:

Save the Dates from £1.50 each

Invitations can be priced anywhere from £1.50 for simple flat designs upto £15 for luxury, boxed pocketcard invitations. 

The majority of our designs are affordably priced between £4 and £8 each.  If you let us know your budget we can help you narrow down your options.

Flat Invitations from £2.00 each

Folded Invitations from £3.00 each

Cheque Book Invitations from £5.00 each

Pocketfold Invitations from £6.00 each

Matt, pearlised or textured card and paper upto 350gsm is included in our prices.  Heavyweight and duplex card is available on request.

Matt white, matt ivory or brown kraft envelopes are included in our save the date and invitation prices.  Envelope and box upgrades are available.

Wedding ‘Day’ Stationery Pricing

As a guideline, our day stationery prices range from:

Orders of Servicefrom £3.50 each (folded card with a double-sided printed paper insert).  Flat designs are also available for civil, humanist and commitment ceremonies.

A1 Table Plan Board – from £65.00 

A2 Table Plan Boardfrom £45.00

Individual Table Plan Cards – from £3.50 each

Free Designs Consultations

We offer FREE Design Consultations from our studio in Cheadle Hulme, Stockport.

If you are local then please book a face-to-face meeting.  We also offer zoom and telephone consultations if you live too far away. 

During your design consultation we chat about your ideas, style, colours and wedding theme.  We guide you through all of our options and recommendations.  This is your time to browse our full range of stationery in your own time.  You can mix-and-match ideas and have fun picking colours, card, ribbon, fonts and embellishments.  Following our meeting we then make you a FREE fully personalised sample.

The Extras

Due to the nature of our business it is hard to have fixed prices for everything but we have compiled a list of optional extra costs.  This should give you an idea of the flexibility of the designs and service we offer.  Some of our designs already include some of these extras so they may already be included in the standard design prices.  Scroll down to see a comprehensive table showing what’s included on each of our designs.

Extra Inserts or Pages: 75p each printed single sided / £1.00 each double sided (2 loose inserts are included with Pocketfold designs)

RSVP Postcards: 75p each (included as standard on Cheque Book and Pocketfold designs)

RSVP Card with printed SAE: £1.50 each

Extra Invitation Layers: 50p per layer

Extra Glitter Card Invitation Layers: 75p per layer

Extra ‘Plaque’ Card Layers: 25p per layer

Satin or Organza Ribbon upto 15mm wide (flat or knotted): 25p per invitation (included as standard on Loop-Tied, Wallet, Cheque Book and Pocketfold style designs)

Extra-Wide Satin or Organza Ribbon: prices vary

Lace or Special Order Ribbon: prices vary

Bespoke Foiling, Letterpress or White Printing: prices vary

Heavyweight / Duplex card upgrade: Prices vary

Belly Bands: 50p per invitation (brown kraft paper)

Bows & Tassels: from 50p each

Plaques & Tags: from 50p each (included as standard on Gate Fold designs)

Vellum Jackets: prices vary

Guest Name Printing on the Invitations: £15.00 flat cost

Guest Name & Address Printing on the Envelopes: £25.00 flat cost
