I Do designs ltd is not responsible for checking the copyright on any Wording, Hymns or Readings used in any of your Wedding Stationery. Please ensure you have the permission to use any wording supplied.
A 50% deposit is due before work can begin. I Do designs ltd will not order any materials until your deposit payment has cleared in my bank account. I will not be held responsible for any delay caused by late payment of your deposit. Payments can be made by Cash, Credit or Debit Card, or Bank Transfer. Paypal is also available but charges may apply.
There is an initial minimum order value of £100.
Wording proofs will be sent to you in pdf format via email and must be approved before proceeding with the next stage of your order. Your order will not be printed until your approval has been received. Please check all wording proofs really carefully before confirming. I Do designs ltd cannot be held responsible for any mistakes that are discovered afterwards. Approval must be confirmed via Email or Post. Verbal approval is not sufficient incase of future discrepancies.
Once your order is complete you will be notified. Any remaining balance must be paid prior to despatch.
If you live locally collection can be made from my address by appointment only.
International shipping is available on request – please contact me for a quotation.
I pack every order carefully to avoid damage. Any damage must be notified within 24 hours of receipt. If you feel there are any discrepancies with your order these must also be notified within 24 hours.
If there is any problem with your order or if any items are faulty I Do designs ltd will always seek to rectify the problem for you with replacements.
Some of my designs feature small embellishments which may not be suitable for small children.
All of my designs are Handmade so please allow some slight variations.
In the unfortunate event that an order needs to be cancelled your 50% deposit is non-refundable. If an order is cancelled part-way through production all of the work carried out upto that time, that exceeds the deposit paid, must be paid for.
All items remain the property of I Do designs ltd until they have been paid for in full.
I Do designs ltd reserve the right to remove any promotions or discounts without prior notice.
All stationery designs may be used for future promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed. All care will be taken to hide any address information but your names and wedding date are likely to be seen.
The majority of communication between myself and my customers is via email, however, I am available on my mobile. If you do ring and I am unable to take your call please send me a text message or email and I will get back to you asap.
Discounts are not possible because every invitation is hand-crafted. I offer free samples, free wording proofs and bespoke designs at no extra charge so I am very reasonable with the prices and services I offer so no discount is available.
Delivery within mainland UK will be by Royal Mail Special Delivery or Parcelforce 24/48 hour service.
