Sample Request
If you’d like to order a FREE personalised sample simply find your favourite design and click the sample request button on the product page. You will be redirected to the sample request page where you’ll simply need to complete a few details before submitting your request. We should be able to complete your sample from the information provided but we may contact you for more information. We can usually get samples made within a couple of days but sometimes it will take a bit longer … especially at very busy times of the year.
Due to the work, time and postage costs involved we offer just ONE FREE Sample per couple. Extra samples are available on request and will be at a flat cost of £5.00 each. If you request more than 1 sample then we will get in touch with you before going ahead as additional costs may apply. If you would like any further details about our sample service please email us.
Sample & Wording Proof Updates
We really hope you love your sample. If you would like to make any changes to the design or wording then please let us know. We will then help you to make the changes required. Upto 3 wording proof/design changes are included in our standard prices. Further proofs and changes are charged at £5. Please contact us for further details.
Consultations
If you would like to book a consultation either by telephone, skype or in the studio then get in touch. All consultations are by appointment only.
